Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences. Greet guests warmly, taking orders accurately and delivering exceptional customer service throughout their visit. Ensure all drinks are prepared safely, adhering to food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces, in line with health and safety guidelines. Manage cash register operations, handle payments accurately, and issue receipts. Monitor stock levels of beverages and supplies, notifying management when replenishment is required. Engage with guests to promote specials or upcoming events to enhance their experience. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.

Requirements

Previous experience in a hospitality setting, particularly within a restaurant or bar environment, is preferred. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in beverage preparation. Excellent serving skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure. Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately. Good time management to ensure prompt service during peak hours. A personable attitude with excellent communication skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday periods as required. Pay: 12.21-13.21 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
