As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices.
Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is highly desirable.
Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
