As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness at the bar, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and responding to their needs. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. Demonstrate basic math skills for handling payments and making change.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred. Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively. Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing tabs. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
