Westside Rodeo Edinburgh, the city's wildest country-western late-night bar, is looking for enthusiastic and experienced bartenders and bar staff to join our lively team! If you love country music and serving up good vibes (and even better drinks), this is the gig for you.

Responsibilities:
Mix and serve classic and themed cocktails, beers, and beverages with a smile. Keep the party going by engaging customers and promoting events Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming bar area. Handle cash and card transactions accurately. Assist with setting up/tidying before and after shifts. Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations.
What We're Lookin' For:
Previous experience in bartending or hospitality (country boots optional, but enthusiasm required!). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment (night shifts, weekends, and holidays). A friendly, outgoing personality--you'll be the life of the rodeo! Basic knowledge of drinks and cocktail-making (training provided for the right candidate). Must be 18+ with right to work in the UK
