Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment. Monitor guest alcohol consumption to promote responsible drinking and adhere to legal requirements. Manage cash register operations accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts. Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts. Comply with all food safety and health regulations to uphold hygiene standards at all times. Assist in setting up the bar area before service and cleaning up after closing hours.

Requirements

Proven experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible serving practices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele. Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure. Effective time management skills to ensure timely service during busy periods. A friendly personality with a professional attitude towards work responsibilities. Previous experience in bartending role is essential; further training will be provided for suitable candidates.
