Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness of the bar area. Manage inventory and stock supplies as needed, ensuring all items are well-organised. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, employing basic math skills for billing. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service operations. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while managing time effectively during busy periods.

Requirements

Proven experience in a bartending or restaurant role is preferred. Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create an inviting atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team setting.
