Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of food safety practices. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of beverages while providing exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for billing and change. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when necessary. Uphold high standards of customer service, demonstrating excellent time management skills during busy periods.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and food safety regulations. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with guests effectively. Basic mathematical skills for handling cash and processing payments. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in the bartending craft.
