Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, with experience in both casual and fine dining settings. This role involves preparing and serving beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. A strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, along with excellent time management skills, are essential to succeed in this position.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS Engage with guests to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for billing and change Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the bar area according to health regulations Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operations Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking practices Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service, catering, or banquet events when applicable Handle food safety procedures related to food handling and beverage preparation Assist in setting up for events such as nightclub nights or banquets when required

Experience

Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially within restaurant or nightclub environments, is highly preferred Experience with POS systems is advantageous Familiarity with food safety standards, beverage preparation, and serving techniques in fine dining or casual settings Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Knowledge of retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions Experience working in the food industry, including catering or banquet service, is a plus Demonstrated ability to work night shifts or weekends in a fast-paced environment is desirable
