Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team in 360 Sky Bar. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of food safety and bartending practices. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverages, providing outstanding customer service, and contributing to an enjoyable dining experience in our restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during service. Uphold high standards of customer service, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.

Skills

Strong knowledge of bartending techniques and beverage preparation. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively. Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management. Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. A commitment to food safety practices to ensure the health and well-being of our guests. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
