Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and responding to their needs promptly Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including equipment and supplies Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices Manage inventory levels of bar supplies, reporting any shortages or issues to management Uphold a positive atmosphere by fostering a friendly environment for guests and staff alike

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, showcasing strong hospitality skills Understanding of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service regulations Excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods efficiently Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members A passion for the hospitality industry with a desire to create memorable experiences for guests
