Who We're Looking For:

Experience in a high-end restaurant or fine dining setting would be great but a passion for hospitality is essential. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Knowledge of food, wine, and service etiquette (or a willingness to learn). A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver seamless, professional, and attentive service to all guests. Work closely with the floor team and sommelier to enhance the dining experience. Maintain high standards of presentation and service etiquette. Contribute to a positive team culture as we work towards our AA Rosette ambitions.
