We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and customer preferences. Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and serve drinks promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible service of alcohol policies. Manage cash register operations, handle payments accurately, and issue receipts. Engage with customers to enhance their experience through friendly conversation and attentive service. Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts. Monitor guest behaviour to promote a safe environment for all patrons.

Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to serve customers courteously and efficiently. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure in a lively setting while maintaining professionalism. Time management skills to ensure timely service during busy periods. A personable attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for providing outstanding customer experiences.
