Overview

The Head of Steam Liverpool are seeking new bartenders to join our eclectic team!

As a member of our team, you will play an essential role in delivering top tier service to our guests, with a range of responsibilities from preparing and serving a wide variety of exciting craft beers and cocktails, to maintaining venue cleanliness and ensuring that each of our guests have the best experience when they visit.

Duties

Serving guests and preparing drinks to spec and of a high standard Offering recommendations to our guests, with a friendly and educational approach Maintain venue cleanliness Providing excellent, warm and friendly customer service to every guest that visits Work as part of our great team, with open lines of communication during service

Skills

Previous bartending experience is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate Knowledge of craft beer and cocktails is desirable, but not essential to the role as all training will be provided. Strong understanding of food hygiene The ability to work well both in a team, and alone during quieter day shifts Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. A willingness to help colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively.
This role is ideal for someone looking for evening and weekend work, with the occasional opportunity to pick up daytime hours when needed.

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
