Monachyle Mhor Hotel is recruiting for

experienced

Bar tender with strong FOH experience to join our team. Live in or Live out. Experience in the industry is essential with preference given to candidates with Fine Dining, Rosette, luxury hotel experience. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about food and drink and has extensive knowledge on whisky, gin, cocktails and wine and loves to share their knowledge with our guests. The role is expected to start mid-November and is a permanent role.

Monachyle Mhor hotel is a luxury, Boutique Hotel in a rural location and is situated six miles down a single track road along the wooded banks of Loch Voil and Doine located in the beautiful braes of Balquidder. The local lochs are part of Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park. The hotel is set in its own 2000 acre estate.

The restaurant is one of Scotland's best foodie locations and comfortably seats around40 -60 guests with optional private dining areas. The conservatory overlooks the beautiful loch Voil and provides blissful scenery all year round. Our service is warm, friendly and personable, with the team always striving to go the extra mile. Our menus are seasonal and change daily, with ingredients often foraged from our local area! We have an extensive wine list, great cocktails and a fully stocked bar.
