We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating delightful experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Your role will be crucial in enhancing the overall atmosphere of our establishment.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders and making recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management as needed.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety practices relevant to beverage preparation and service. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is highly desirable. Proficiency in basic math for handling cash transactions and calculating bills. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A friendly demeanour with the ability to engage customers positively and create memorable experiences.
