We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team and craft


exceptional drinks.



Job Summary:


As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality


beverages, engaging with customers, and maintaining an energetic and friendly


atmosphere. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless bar operation while


upholding health and safety standards.



Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with

precision and efficiency.

Engage with customers to provide an excellent guest experience and

recommend drinks based on preferences.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking and

replenishing supplies.

Follow all safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a clean and compliant work

environment.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management. Assist in creating and innovating new drink menus and promotions. Work closely with the bar and restaurant team to ensure smooth service. Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines.


Requirements:


o Previous experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment.o Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, and beverage preparation.

Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a team-oriented mindset. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to beverage service. Personal license (preferred but not essential).
