JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for Bartenders to join our MMovement at Mercato Metropolitano

What we expect from you:

Previous experience in bartending, including cocktail making - 1 year (preferred) Customer service: 1 year (preferred) Competently use EPOS now till system Qualified in wset level 2 award in beer in Beer Passionate about sustainability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Great time management Enthusiastic and Friendly Ambition to grow within the company

Responsibilities

:


Fulfilling customer drink orders accurately and promptly Provides a welcoming environment to ensure a high level of customer satisfactory Opening/closing of the venue Working with management to deliver events and tastings Escalate customer, HR and health & safety issues and concerns to management Report any issues with stock or equipment to management Conduct yourself professionally whilst on Mercato property Financial responsibilities - reporting discrepancies to management Following company procedures and carry out any reasonable request made by management Responsible of Health & Safety at work, including COSHH, and following procedure and training To attend training sessions and tastings when required
