Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create welcoming experiences that encourage repeat visits Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to accurately process orders, payments, and tips Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and prevent over-serving Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages as needed to keep service seamless during busy hours Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food and beverage service smoothly

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender in a quality-focused hospitality venue. Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and mixology techniques. Ability to balance creativity with consistency in drink preparation. Friendly, presentable, and passionate about delivering excellent service. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods. A team player who thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
