Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards. Greet guests warmly and take drink orders accurately, ensuring prompt service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, adhering to food safety regulations. Manage cash transactions efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Monitor guest behaviour to promote responsible drinking and prevent over-service. Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar environment is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of hospitality practices and food safety standards. Excellent serving skills with the ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Good time management skills to ensure timely service during busy periods. Friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
