Position Overview:

As a Bartender at Mithras, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring our guests enjoy a memorable experience. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for hospitality and customer service to develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Warmly greet guests and accurately take their orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards. Efficiently handle cash and card transactions, ensuring precise billing. Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking. Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted service throughout shifts. Engage with guests to enhance their overall experience and foster a welcoming atmosphere. Diligently follow all health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols.

Requirements:

Previous experience in hospitality or serving roles is preferred; training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible service of alcohol. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining professionalism. A personable attitude with a genuine interest in creating positive guest experiences. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.

What We Offer:

Competitive hourly rate of 12.21 - 14, with an additional service charge of 1-1.50 per hour for the right candidate. Paid holiday and company pension. Staff meals provided during shifts. Sick pay and opportunities for training and development. Weekly cash tips distribution, averaging about 15-20.
