As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organised bar area. Your role is pivotal in creating an enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and taking drink orders Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drink orders Manage time effectively to meet the demands of a busy bar environment

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure a safe dining experience Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is advantageous Proficient in serving techniques and beverage preparation Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Excellent time management abilities to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work evenings and weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 35 per week
