For our newest Nottingham location, we're looking for an experienced and adaptable

Bartender

Key responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to company standards. Deliver warm, professional service to every guest, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience. Maintain the bar area -- keeping it clean, well-organised, and fully stocked at all times. Take orders accurately and handle payments efficiently and responsibly. Follow company recipes and presentation standards to ensure quality and consistency across all drinks. Support the Front of House team during busy service periods. Assist with stock control, deliveries, and rotation to minimise waste. Ensure full compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations. Uphold responsible alcohol service at all times. Contribute positively to the team environment, helping create a great atmosphere for both guests and staff.

Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar customer-facing role within hospitality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, friendly, and professional in manner. Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail, especially under pressure. Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high standards of service. Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and basic bar operations (training provided if needed). Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and busy trading periods.
