About Hyatt Regency London Olympia

Hyatt Regency London Olympia will be part of a major redevelopment project transforming Olympia, London's historic convention centre built in 1873, into a comprehensive convention, entertainment, and cultural district in West London. Anchored by the iconic glass barrel-vaulted roofs of the Grand and National Halls, the new 14-acre site will feature a boutique multi-screen arthouse cinema, a 4,000-capacity music and performing arts venue, a 1,500-seat theatre, a rooftop sky garden, as well as restaurants, shops, cafes, and office and co-working spaces.


Hyatt Regency London Olympia will offer 204 rooms, a bar and restaurant, as well as a lobby lounge. Additionally, there will be three meeting rooms and direct connectivity to the London Olympia Convention Centre.

Duties and responsibilities related to the Bartender role

Provide personalised and attentive service, anticipating guest needs and preferences to create memorable experiences Take responsibility for the setup, smooth operation, and closing of the bar Maintain strong knowledge of the bar menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing recommendations, to confidently advise guests Follow departmental standard operating procedures to uphold service consistency and quality Promote and upsell premium drinks, special offers, and food pairings to enhance guest satisfaction and maximise revenue Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations

About You

Previous experience as a bartender in a premium hospitality environment is preferred. You have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.
