Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at The Elbow Room. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing the overall guest experience.
We are offering 8 to 15 hours predominantly over the weekend but there may also be mid-week shifts available.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
Engage with guests in a friendly manner to enhance their experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Operate our gaming systems and provide guests with the information they need to use them.
Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service.
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Basic knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques.
Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently.
Experience in handling cash transactions accurately.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work late night weekend shifts.
