PART-TIME BAR STAFF - Cafe Bar 1780, PRINCE'S SQUARE, GLASGOW

16-24 hours per week | Primarily weekends

Cafe Bar 1780 is a brand-new cafebar within Glasgow's stylish Prince's Square. serving breakfast through to late-night drinks, with a menu of quality cocktails, wines, beers, coffees, and more. Add in live music and regular events, and 1780 is one of the city's most exciting new cafe bars.

We're now looking for part-time bar staff to join our team. We need people who know how to make a solid cocktail, pour the perfect pint, or craft a great coffee - and who enjoy bringing great energy to every shift.

THE ROLE

16-24 hours per week, mainly weekends Making a wide range of drinks including cocktails, coffees, wines and spirits Keeping the bar clean, organised and well-stocked Working closely with the team to deliver smooth, efficient service Helping to create the welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back
YOU ARE

Confident, friendly, and professional Comfortable behind the bar and eager to learn Able to stay calm and focused when it gets busy Someone who cares about the details - from drink presentation to prep Ideally experienced in cocktails or barista-style coffee (but training will be given)

ABOUT US

Cafe Bar 1780 is part of a growing independent hospitality group, with sister venues including Cafe Bar 1807 in Linlithgow, 1912 in Bathgate, and 1962 in Livingston Designer Outlet. We're supplied by our own award-winning butcher (David Stein Butchers) and we take real pride in what we serve and how we operate. Many of our team have been with us for years, and we're always looking for people who want to be part of something long-term.
