Role Overview
We're building an opening bar team for a major new multi-level late-night venue with a strong club and cocktail focus. We're looking for skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders who thrive in fast-paced environments, love hospitality, and can deliver exceptional drinks and service from early cocktail hours through to late-night trade.
You'll play a key role in bringing the bar experience to life -- serving high-quality cocktails, maintaining speed and consistency, and contributing to the energy and atmosphere that defines the venue.
Key Responsibilities
Service & Guest Experience
Prepare and serve cocktails and drinks to a consistently high standard
Deliver warm, engaging, and efficient service throughout the shift
Handle high-volume late-night bar trade with confidence and speed
Maintain bar presentation, cleanliness, and atmosphere
Support smooth service flow across multiple bars and floors
Operations & Standards
Follow recipes, specs, and service guidelines
Maintain product knowledge across cocktails, spirits, and suppliers
Assist with stock rotation, restocking, and bar prep
Uphold responsible alcohol service and guest welfare
Ensure accurate handling of orders and payments
Teamwork & Development
Work collaboratively with senior bartenders, supervisors, and management
Support new team members during onboarding and training
Contribute ideas to improve workflow, service, or drinks execution
Maintain a positive, professional, and inclusive attitude on shift
What You'll Bring
Bartending experience in cocktail-led, late-night, or high-volume venues
Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and drinks culture
Ability to work fast while maintaining accuracy and quality
A guest-first mindset with great communication skills
Reliability, professionalism, and pride in presentation
Flexibility for late nights, weekends, and peak seasonal periods
A team-oriented approach and passion for hospitality
