Join the Coast Birkdale Team - Bar & Front of House Opportunities

Here at Coast Birkdale we are looking to recruit new team members for our Bar and Front of House departments within our establishment in Birkdale Village.

We are looking for reliable, outgoing team members to support our operations, predominantly during our busy weekend periods. With our events and functions season approaching, successful candidates will not only be working in the bar and restaurant but may also be required to support service in The Cliff function room when needed.

Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment is preferred, and

cocktail and barista training is essential

as we require team members who are fully confident in drink preparation and service without the need for additional training during the winter months.

Key Responsibilities

Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to all guests in our establishments.
Confidently prepare and serve cocktails and hot drinks to a high standard.
Interact with customers, taking orders and serving drinks and food as required.
Provide a professional service to all guests attending functions and events.
Comply with all food and drink regulations.

The Ideal Candidate

Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
An honest and energetic personality with a can-do approach to work.
Works well within a team but self-disciplined enough to manage their own workload.
Flexible and adaptable to support both the bar/restaurant and The Cliff function room when required.
Confident in cocktail and barista service.
