We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of food safety practices. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices. Engage with customers to provide an exceptional dining experience, taking orders and offering recommendations. Manage inventory levels of bar supplies and notify management when stock needs replenishing. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper change is given. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and special requests from guests. Demonstrate effective time management skills to ensure timely service during busy periods.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is highly desirable. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required.
