Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Bartenders to join our dynamic team.
As a Bartender, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience, crafting drinks with precision and personality while creating a welcoming, engaging atmosphere at the bar. Attention to detail, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills are essential for delivering outstanding service and maintaining a vibrant bar environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the bar, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Take drink and limited food orders accurately and efficiently, offering recommendations and upselling where appropriate. Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and care. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including bar tops, tools, glassware, and stock. Collaborate with floor and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of bar orders.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hospitality or bar environment. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members alike. Ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive attitude towards helping others and working as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
