We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to an enjoyable experience here at ATIK.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Handle cash and process transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed. Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcomed. Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure prompt service delivery.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential. Strong knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately. A friendly disposition with strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated when required.
