Bartender/Cafe Team Leader
We are seeking a proactive Bartender/Cafe Team Leader who brings initiative, attention to detail, and genuine passion for their job. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role, so a warm, friendly and professional approach is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the bar/cafe team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations Deliver exceptional customer service and consistently exceed customer expectations Engage confidently with customers in a fast-paced environment Support and motivate the team to maintain high standards Act as a key holder, including responsibility for locking up Maintain a clean, organised and efficient bar area
Requirements
Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work flexibly across a range of hours (Minimum 30 hours per week) to include
evening & weekends
Positive attitude, reliability and a genuine passion for hospitality
Pay
14 - 15 per hour depending on experience
