Large restaurant 3 Bars Staff/ Break room
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Monitor customer behavior and intervene as necessary to prevent overconsumption or underage drinking
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
- Restock bar supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked at all times
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Experience
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink preparation techniques
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders and tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional hospitality skills to provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating tips accurately
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices in a bar or restaurant setting
