We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista/Bartender to join our team. As a Barista/Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while serving high-quality beverages and food items. Your ability to multitask and manage time effectively will ensure that our customers receive exceptional service. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and alcoholic drinks such as beer, wine and cocktails when needed. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have. Operate coffee machines and other equipment safely and efficiently. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain the till. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Keep track of inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.

Skills

Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous Barista experience/ coffee training is essential Previous experience in a restaurant or cafe setting. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure the highest standards of hygiene. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory. Experience in bartending is a plus, as it may enhance your beverage preparation skills. Excellent hospitality skills with a friendly demeanour to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 24 per week
