Our Cyder Bar Commis Chef
Reporting to the Executive Head Chef, our Commis Chef will operate daily operations in our Cyder bar kitchen. Within our kitchen you will receive guidance, support, and training from senior chefs. As part of your daily responsibilities you will need to be able to
manage the section, assist in ordering, maintain cleanliness and ensure a seamless culinary experience for our guests.
We have a variety of food offerings available at the Cyder Bar Kitchen, you will be preparing
vegan pasties, sausage rolls and cooking our winter toastie offering to order
. You will also be required to serve freshly made soups and stews prepared in our Central production unit. We also have a selection of fresh pastries and cakes from our bakery in which you will maintain and monitor stock levels for ordering.
The Cyder Bar is situated at the front of the Visitor Attraction. It is known for its high footfall and busy lunch periods. You will need to be
quick on your feet to ensure that food par levels are keep in line with daily visitor numbers.
Good communication
between Kitchen and FOH is integral to ensure our teams can manage guest expectations throughout the day. You will be required to monitor our food standards, ensuring that what were are serving to our members is of the highest quality. You are
integral to delivering exceptional dining experiences,
maintaining high standards of food safety, and demonstrating flexibility, creativity, and a customer-focused attitude. As we strive to improve our offerings, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our senior chef team to cater menus to seasonal changes and guest feedback.

Estate Events and BBQs
With a full year's worth of events planned out, such as Apple Day and our Garden Lates series, our visitors can dine al-fresco with delicious BBQ'd meat and veg fresh from the Estate. As an addition to daily operations at the Cyder bar we also run seasonal pop ups of waffles and pancakes
