We are seeking a skilled Bartender/front of house to join our team at a vibrant establishment in the heart of Nelson. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our patrons.

## Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and hot drinks

- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and recommending drink /food options

- Maintain cleanliness of the bar/restaurant area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations/ food hygiene

- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed

## Qualifications

- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality is essential

- Understanding of Epos till system is an advantage

- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods

- Certification in responsible alcohol service is advantageous

-level 2 food hygiene would be an advantage

We are looking fo a Indvidiual to work weekday evenings plus weekends on a weekly rota .
