The Cliff Hotel & Spa is home to three vibrant and welcoming bars -- the

Point Bar & Lounge

Carreg Bar

, and

Island Bar

-- each offering a unique atmosphere for our guests. We're looking for

friendly, efficient, and reliable bartenders

to join our team and help deliver outstanding service.

About the role:

Shifts are varied and can take place on any day of the week, including daytime and evening hours. You'll be working across our different bar areas, serving a mix of hotel guests, restaurant diners, and visitors attending functions and events.

Your responsibilities will include:

Serving drinks efficiently and professionally to all guests Preparing cocktails (training provided if needed) Maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and organised bar area Providing a friendly and welcoming service Supporting other areas of the Food & Beverage department when required

What we're looking for:

Previous bar experience and cocktail knowledge is desirable but

not essential

-- full training will be provided Excellent customer service skills with a warm and approachable manner A genuine interest in food, wine, and hospitality is an advantage Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends Reliability and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Must be

18+ years old

(due to licensing laws) Access to your own transport, or ability to arrange lifts, is an advantage for late finishes
