We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Bartenders to join our front of house team at our newest venue opening September 2025. The Hart, Marylebone.


This vibrant venue will be offering exceptional dining and drinking experiences to our guests, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We take pride in serving high quality food and beverages, while delivering outstanding customer service.


The Hart in Marylebone will open in September 2025. There will be a pub on the ground floor, a restaurant on the second floor, and an intimate dining space on the top floor. The kitchen will serve pub classics on all floors.

Salary- Base rate up to 13 per hour + Service Charge & Tips

What you'll be doing as a Bartender at The Hart:

Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and style. Engage with customers, recommend drinks, and provide suggestions based on preferences. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcome Support the team with opening and closing procedures. Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately. Collaborative teamwork, communicate effectively with front of house team to ensure a smooth dining experience for all guests Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service. Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are well-stocked.

About you, our new Bartender:

Previous bartending experience is a plus, but we'll also train enthusiastic individuals willing to learn. A passion for craft cocktails, beer, and spirits. Positive and friendly attitude, A natural conversation starter and can easily build a rapport with guests. Be passionate and care about the detail, love hospitality and enjoy what you do. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for guests. Advantageous is you have strong wine knowledge, or a willingness to learn.

Recruitment days - We will be holding recruitment open days on 17th July, 23rd July and 5th August at our other venues in Notting hill, successful applicants will receive an invite to attend one of these days. If you can't make a day, we'll discuss alternatives.

Previous experience in a high-end and high-volume establishment is preferable but not imperative. Ideally Looking for a minimum of one year experience in a high end - food led business.
