Temporary Christmas Staff must be here all over December

We are an established hotel, bar and restaurant in Canterbury and are looking to recruit enthusiastic, confident and experienced bar and restaurant staff to join our team to work temporary for next 8 weeks. The Ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, be hard working and reliable in order to provide all our guests with excellent customer service. We want our employees to be and have the ability to build good relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities:

Delivering exceptional hospitality in both food and drink service Working in a challenging and fast-paced Bar environment Delivering memorable experiences and working front of house Hands on approach and must take pride in your work Learning about the quality of our food and beverage Carrying out our daily processes efficiently Maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness

Requirements:

You have to be driven by positive customer experience Have a willingness to learn everything about this industry Be Out-going, friendly and happy to meet new people Effectively communicate with managers and other team members Be Proactive and use your own initiative to carry out tasks Work hard with your team, be ambitious and innovative to complement our business Have to be able to work late nights and at the weekend
Shift work will involve evening and weekend shifts including EVERY Sunday which is our busiest day

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
