Bathroom Installation Manager

to take the lead in delivering exceptional installation projects. If you're an expert in bathroom installations with a knack for leadership and project delivery, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role



As a

Bathroom Installation Manager

, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of bathroom installation projects - ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll manage in-house teams and subcontractors, ensure excellent customer satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement across installation operations.

Key Responsibilities



Project Management:



Manage all stages of bathroom installation, from initial survey to handover. Schedule and allocate resources efficiently. Ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Team Leadership & Resource Development:



Lead, motivate, and support in-house installers and subcontractors. Recruit and retain a strong network of trusted 3rd-party installers. Deliver training and guidance to maintain a skilled and professional workforce.

Customer Service:



Serve as the main point of contact for customer installation queries. Resolve issues promptly to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.

Quality & Compliance:



Conduct regular site visits and quality audits. Ensure adherence to company installation standards and health & safety legislation.

Performance & Process Improvement:



Monitor KPIs across quality, satisfaction, and profitability. Identify areas for process improvement to reduce costs and improve outcomes.

Cost & Commercial Management:



Manage budgets, control installation costs, and reduce remedial and warranty-related expenses.

Stakeholder & Supplier Relations:



Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal departments to support seamless project execution.

Essential Skills & Experience:



Proven experience managing bathroom installation teams, including subcontractors In-depth technical knowledge of bathroom installation (plumbing, tiling, electrics) Strong understanding of contractor legislation, health & safety, and compliance Full clean UK driving licence Excellent project management and organisational skills Confident leader with experience recruiting and managing trade professionals Commercially aware with a focus on profitability and customer experience Knowledge of how to build, manage, and maintain a high-quality installer database

Desirable Skills



Experience in sales or technical quoting Experience with CRM systems or project tracking software Experience identifying cross-sell/up-sell opportunities within customer projects
