Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for customer service and a drive to achieve sales targets. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their experience. The successful applicant will be an integral part of our sales team, contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

Duties



Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening. Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits. Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to team goals. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback in the company's CRM system. Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional activities and campaigns. Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements



Proven experience in a sales role or similar position is preferred but not essential for enthusiastic candidates willing to learn. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards customers' needs. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous. A proactive attitude with a strong desire to achieve results and exceed expectations. Flexibility in working hours may be required based on business needs.
