Job Overview:

We're looking for a creative, customer-focused Bathroom Showroom Designer to join our Plumbase showroom in Yeovil.

You'll help trade and retail customers design their perfect bathrooms, support them through the entire sales journey, and bring our high-impact showroom displays to life.

What You'll Be Doing

Welcoming trade and retail customers to the bathroom showroom

Offering expert guidance on bathroom design, layout, and fittings

Creating 3D bathroom designs using Virtual Worlds or similar CAD software (training provided)

Quoting and processing customer orders from design through to sale

Maintaining showroom presentation, cleanliness, and up-to-date displays

Collaborating with site staff including warehouse and sales team

Keeping up with bathroom trends, supplier ranges, and product innovations

Attending occasional supplier and design training events

What We're Looking For

Experience in a bathroom showroom, kitchen showroom, or interior design retail role

OR a background in sales, customer service, home improvement, or retail with a design interest

Excellent communication and listening skills

A customer-first attitude with strong visual and spatial awareness

Comfortable learning product knowledge and using design tools

CAD/Virtual Worlds experience is a bonus but not essential

Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage workload independently
