Join our dynamic team as a Bathroom Showroom Sales & Marketing Assistant, where your passion for design and customer service will shine! In this role, you will be the driving force behind our showroom's success, engaging with customers to understand their needs and guiding them through their renovation journeys.

Thursday
9am - 5pm /
Friday
9am - 5pm /
Saturday
9am - 4pm /
Sunday
10am - 3pm
26 hours per week
Additional hours during the week to cover Bank Holidays and staff annual leave as required.
What you'll do
Assist customers in selecting bathroom fixtures and designs that meet their needs and preferences.
Maintain an organized showroom environment, ensuring all products are well-stocked and merchandised attractively.
Communicate effectively with our suppliers and representatives.
Maintain and develop administrative systems, including the upkeep of our Social Media pages.
Collaborate with the team to develop marketing promotional materials and campaigns that highlight our unique offerings.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
Experience
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
While some experience within a related field is desirable, it is essential to have an interest in the bathroom design industry. You will be expected to retain information and product knowledge about the wide range of services and products we have to offer.
