Tomo Technology is a market leading technology repair & recycling company supporting many of the worlds leading smartphone manufacturers, technology retailers, mobile phone networks and gadget insurers across the UK.

Our continual obsession with R&D means we launch highly innovative new products and services to give end of life gadgets a new purpose and use.

We're seeking a hungry, commercially aware B2B salesperson to join the team and take ownership of new business sales. You'll be selling our skills and services to technology businesses across the UK.

The role will involve generating leads (primarily over the phone), arranging trials tp prove our abilities and closing your own deals.

The ideal candidate for this role has previous B2B sales experience and the ability to work to targets. There is a generous results-driven commission available on top of the basic salary (uncapped). OTE is 45K+ with strong upside potential.

Responsibilities



Cold call senior executives / decision makers Willing to meet prospects on site across the UK Understand the problems our clients face and show them how we solve them Book and run demo appointments (remote or in person) Build and maintain sales pipeline / self-generate leads. Take clear, detailed notes on each call and deal in progress Update CRM (HubSpot) database with all new leads and sales activities Work closely with the managing director on your sales pipe / leads in progress Focus primarily on new business Stay close to deals to ensure smooth onboarding & rollout of new clients - with support provided by the tech team for any complex requirements Build deep product knowledge so you can sell confidently Opportunity for progression / specialisation as business grows

Skills



At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience (outbound B2B sales)

Confident opening cold conversations and closing warm ones Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and persuasively both on the phone and in person Proficient with basic business tools -- Outlook, Excel, CRM systems like HubSpot Software sales experience preferred but NOT essential
Has the mindset

Understand this is NOT an inbound marketing funnel -- it's outbound, targeted, and hands-on Know how to build a pipeline without hand-holding Outgoing, resilient and professional You treat sales as a craft - you're reflective, focused and always looking to improve your pitch
Is local enough to be part of our team

Based in or near Glasgow Some hybrid working is fine- but we want someone in the business with us
