We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Treatment Coordinator /Beautician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. This position requires a blend of customer service, management skills, and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating treatments, managing appointments, and providing exceptional guest services.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the treatment area, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. Coordinate appointments and manage the front desk, providing excellent customer service to all clients. Assist in upselling treatments and products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth. Maintain social media management to promote services and engage with clients online. Provide guidance on treatments such as skin care ,Hydrafacial, laser treatment, botox and filler ,skin booster, peel and skin analysis Foster strong communication with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of hospitality are met consistently.

Skills

Proven management experience in a similar role within the beauty or wellness industry. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. Proficient in social media management to effectively promote services and engage with the community. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and team members. Knowledge of beauty treatments including Hydrafacial and laser hair removal , product knowledge and skin analysis Ability to upsell services while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction. Experience in front desk operations or guest services within a spa or salon environment is an advantage. Pay: 15.00-18.50 per hour
