is a growing, independent pharmacy group dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare services and personalised customer care. We are currently looking for a

friendly, proactive and customer-focused team member

to join our Nottingham branch -- supporting both beauty and pharmacy sales or services.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet every customer warmly and assist with inquiries at the front counter Promote and sell a curated selection of beauty, skincare and wellbeing products Receive and pass on prescriptions to the dispensary team Handle over-the-counter medication sales and provide basic product information (training provided) Maintain a clean, inviting and well-organised counter and product display area Process payments accurately and issue receipts Monitor front-of-shop stock levels and assist with merchandising Support the promotion of pharmacy services such as flu jabs, contraception, and NHS checks Answer phone calls and assist with general customer service queries

Key Requirements:

Excellent communication and people skills Friendly, confident and approachable demeanour Previous customer service or retail experience preferred Interest in beauty/skincare and willingness to learn pharmacy processes Ability to manage cash transactions accurately Basic computer literacy

Preferred Qualifications:

Completed or willing to complete a Medicine Counter Assistant course (training can be provided) Previous experience in a pharmacy or beauty sales setting is a bonus
