FRONT OF HOUSE
Hello, we're Beauty and Bubbles, an award-winning Beauty Salon in Manchester City Centre's fabulous Northern Quarter. As our Front of House representative you are responsible for providing an exceptional experience to all our clients, always making them feel very special. This starts at the welcome, continues through their journey in the salon until check-out when you take their bill. You are also to provide support, helping maintain a smooth running, efficient salon for your manager and the team as well as being a sales-focused team member who can actively recommend and upsell services, treatments and most importantly, retail products.
We are looking to hire as soon as possible and this is a permanent position. A pay offer will be negotiated depending on experience. We also offer numerous excellent incentives to our staff:

Requirements
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in complaint handling.
Proven work experience as a Salon front of house representative or similar role.
Basic knowledge of booking and POS systems.
An ability to remain calm under busy and stressful circumstances.
Solid organisation and record keeping skills.
Previous experience in the beauty or retail industry would be an advantage.
Passion for beauty, skincare and wellness.
Sales orientated mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcoming all clients and hosting their visit journey to ensure they receive an exceptional and enjoyable service throughout.
Drive and encourage current promotions ensuring they are always communicated to the clients and team.
Encouraging client upgrades and increasing product sales from the reception area including drink sales.
Increase client numbers through monitoring the salon's social media accounts
Encouraging positive client reviews online.
Finding new corporate leads and keeping great relationships with existing contacts.
Maximise the salon's diary and monitor to improve availability and utilisation results.
Collating all client data to ensure we have accurate information for marketing purposes. This includes all client email addresses and mobile numbers.
Efficient management of the salon's calls, incoming emails, and complaints process.
Support the Salon Manager at all times to maximise productivity and maintain a positive salon environment for the team and clients.
Keep the reception area organised and tidy, extending to the salon area when required.
KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES
REVENUE: A minimum of 10% of total salon revenue in F.O.H. product sales.
EFFICIENCY: Incoming Call Service Level: Maintained at a minimum of 80%.
DATA: 90% minimum of all client's emails and mobiles correctly captured.
QUALITY: A minimum of 50% of all clients rebooking a next visit upon leaving.
