We're Olive Beauty & Aesthetics - and we're launching our brand-new clinic in Marston Moretaine. We're looking for a

Salon Manager / Senior Therapist

who can hit the ground running, bring strong leadership to the space, and be the go-to expert for both clients and staff.

This isn't just about doing great treatments - though we expect you to be brilliant at those too. We want someone who can think commercially, manage a team with confidence, and help grow a successful clinic from day one.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading and supporting the clinic team day to day Hitting targets and helping grow the salon through exceptional client experience and savvy service recommendations Performing advanced and traditional treatments (see below!) Keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes - from stock management to team schedules Maintaining high standards across treatment rooms, client care, and team culture Delivering The Olive Way(TM)- ethical, professional, and always results-focused
What You'll Bring:

A

proven track record

in salon management or team leadership Demonstrated success in sales, client retention, and growing a treatment business Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example Confidence with advanced beauty & aesthetic treatments Organisational skills, self-motivation, and a real eye for detail
Treatments You Are Qualified In (the more the better):

Laser hair removal Body contouring (fat freezing, HIFU etc) Advanced facials & peels Massage Lash extensions BIAB and manicures General beauty treatments (waxing, tinting, etc)

Pay: From 15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
