to take charge of our

Dorking clinic relaunch

Key Responsibilities

Lead the successful reopening and relaunch of the Dorking clinic Recruit, train, and motivate a strong team to deliver exceptional client care Drive sales and treatment growth through innovative ideas and strong local marketing Ensure operational excellence - systems, compliance, and customer service Build and maintain a positive, thriving clinic culture Manage budgets, targets, and financial performance Be a brand ambassador for The Transformation Clinic Group

Requirements

Proven experience in clinic, salon (aesthetics experience desirable) Strong leadership and people management skills Commercially focused with a track record of growing a business or team Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities Driven, self-motivated, and able to commit fully to a growing business Flexible and adaptable - thrives in a fast-paced environment

Pay: 25,000.00-40,661.08 per year

Expected hours: 16 - 37.5 per week
