Beauty Therapist - Full-Time

We're looking for a talented and experienced

Beauty Therapist

to join our friendly team as a

Salon Manager

at

The Retreat, Southwold

About the Role:

Full-time, 40 hours per week

5 days a week

, including one late evening (until 7pm)

Standard working hours: 9am - 5pm

What We're Looking For:

NVQ

Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification

(or equivalent) A warm, professional, and customer-focused attitude A team player with a desire to learn and grow Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities

Communicate with staff and customers. Operate an online booking system, be responsible for banking Follow local health and safety regulations. Handle human resources issues among the staff. Adhere to industry standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Develop new sales opportunities for the salon. Ensure that each therapist maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene for customers. Provide a comfortable, safe environment for staff and customers.

Days

Monday - Day Off

Tuesday - 9am - 5pm

Wednesday - 9am - 5pm

Thursday - 10am - 7pm

Friday - 9am - 5pm

Saturday - - 9am - 5pm

Sunday - Day Off

You will be responsible for the running of the salon and for managing two other members of staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 27,500.00-33,000.00 per year
