Salon Manager & Advanced Therapist

to become part of our Charisma family and take the lead at the forefront of our exciting expansion.
This is initially a

12-month maternity cover contract

, with the view to extend.

About the Role

As our

Salon Manager & Advanced Therapist

, you'll take the reins of our beautiful new flagship salon, leading daily operations and setting the tone for everything that happens within those walls.

You'll be responsible for the smooth running of the salon, from nurturing the team and client experience, to maintaining high professional standards, to driving sales and hitting financial targets. You'll oversee the day-to-day decisions that keep Charisma thriving, supported by me as part of the leadership team, but trusted to run it as if it were your own.

I'm looking for someone with experience, confidence, and genuine passion, someone who thrives on responsibility, loves motivating others, and is excited to shape the next chapter of Charisma's story.

You'll still have your own column of clients and deliver advanced treatments, but your real magic will be in how you

lead, inspire, and grow

What You'll Be Doing

Leading, supporting, and motivating the Charisma team to achieve both personal and salon-wide goals
Taking ownership of daily salon performance, from appointment flow to financial targets
Conducting one-to-one check-ins, guiding development plans, and ensuring accountability
Managing rotas, appointment schedules, and operational efficiency
Delivering advanced treatments to your own clients with the expertise and warmth Charisma is known for.
Maintaining the highest standards of presentation, professionalism, and client care
Collaborating directly with me and our leadership team to implement new ideas, campaigns, and growth strategies
